Lip balms might not be the quintessential men’s cosmetics… thing. But they should. Especially for trips to the mountaintops (in the summer and winter alike) or for a proper sunny siesta at the beach. Too much sun anywhere will inevitably cause your lips to chap and crack.

Miraculous sage. And a dash of mint

We thought long and hard about the go-to flavor of the Protector Balm. After many months, we settled on the very traditional sage (employed in folk healing since forever) in conjunction with a fresh punch of mint. It’s no 2-in-1 toothpaste, but it does taste better than most.

Fully functional, as natural as possible

By combining mineral UV protective filters with safe artificial ones (don’t worry, coral reefs will be just fine), we made sure that using our Protector Balm is a piece of cake. It is an absolute pleasure to apply, absorbs near-instantly and—if we’re being honest—looks damn good on you. A powerful combo of coconut, almond, castor and sunflower oils, along with candelilla and carnauba waxes, topped with the manly common hop, takes care of the rest.
