We develop Beviro® products with the greatest possible respect for natural formulations. But what works perfectly for one man may not suit another.

Every product goes through months of development. We test it on ourselves first, then with the help of our loyal testers. We keep adjusting the formula, the performance and the gentleness until we're genuinely happy with it. We build on the gentlest ingredients we can, but never at the expense of results. That's why we stand behind our products.

At the same time, we know every man is different. We have different beards, hair and skin, and the same product can work differently on each of us. What works perfectly for one man simply may not suit another.

If one of our products doesn't work the way it should, or you experience an adverse reaction (redness, rash and similar), get in touch. We'll refund its full value in credit you can spend on anything else in our shop.

Conditions:

1. You bought the product in our shop no more than 90 days ago, and it isn't shaving hardware, brushes, combs, testers or Discovery Sets.

2. The product clearly didn't agree with you (a rash appeared, for example), or you used it properly for at least 30 days without the expected result (a dandruff shampoo that didn't reduce dandruff, for example).

3. Each product can be claimed once. One customer can make a maximum of 3 claims per calendar year, regardless of how many products are involved.

1. Get in touch

Email us at info@beviro.com. Use the subject line: Satisfaction Guarantee (order number). If your order contained several products, tell us which one. Include a short description of your experience, and in the case of an allergic or adverse skin reaction, ideally a photo as well.

2. Wait for our reply

We'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 5 working days. If we need anything else, we'll ask. Once approved, we'll top up your account with credit equal to the price of the product claimed. If you bought several units of the same product, we'll credit one.

3. Choose your replacement

You can spend the credit on any other product in our shop. It's valid for 12 months from the date it's issued, and the replacement can't be the product you claimed the guarantee on.
